Welcome to another season of Huntington Beach High School Basketball. The coaching staff and I are looking forward to a successful season at all levels in the ultra competitive SeaView League. This will also mark our final year in the SeaView League as we will move back into the Sunset League next year. It will be another exciting year for the program as we look to have a very competitive team this year at Huntington Beach and defend last years League Championship.
Our coaching staff continues to instill many of the life long lessons that will produce outstanding young men, such as hard work, dedication, commitment, responsibility, and teamwork. We have a dedicated group of young men willing to meet the demands of their coaches and they have worked extremely hard to prepare for this season. I would like to thank my coaching staff, and the entire community for their support with a special thanks to all of our parents who have helped to make this a first class program.
I also would like to thank my wife Tracy, my two boys Mason and Bradley, and my newest addition Jordyn "my little girl", for all of their love and support. I encourage everyone to come on down to the gym and join "The PIT" to watch some outstanding and exciting basketball this season. Let's Go Oilers!
